That’s where I come in! To take confusion out of weight management and get you on the right track to reach your goals.

IBS & Low FODMAP Diets

If you have IBS and need help navigating a low FODMAP diet or need strategies to manage symptoms and identify triggers you are in the right place. I have completed additional training through Monash University to specialise in IBS and the low FODMAP diet.

Blood Sugar Management

If you have pre-diabetes or Type 2 diabetes I also provide support to help improve blood sugars and HbA1c.
