Peanut Butter Protein Balls

These high protein, peanut butter balls are delicious and super easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter

  • 1 cup chocolate protein powder

  • ½ cup LSA

  • ½ cup mixed crushed nuts

  • ½ cup desiccated coconut

  • ½ cup honey

  • ½ cup wheat germ

Mix all dry ingredients together.  

Soften peanut butter and honey in microwave and add to dry ingredients. 

Mix all the ingredients together they are thoroughly combined.  Roll into 12 balls. Set in the fridge for 30 minutes. In hot weather they are best stored in the fridge. 

1 serve = 1 ball = 106 calories
