Raw Peanut Butter protein balls


100g Devine Protein (chocolate works best!)
1 cup LSA
1 cup mixed crushed nuts
1 cup desiccated coconut
1 cup wheat germ
1 cup cocoa or cacao
2 cups peanut butter (100% nuts)
1 cup brown rice syrup or honey


  1. Sift all dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
  2. Soften peanut butter and brown rice syrup/honey in microwave add to dry ingredients.
  3. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Roll into 25 balls and place in the fridge until set.

Although these are made from wholefood natural ingredients, the balls are quite calorie dense, if you are wanting to lose weight I recommend trying to stick to one as a serve, they are so tasty this can sometimes be a challenge!
