This is a full Menu Audit includes a thorough review of your menu and procedures to assess it’s alignment with the Health and Disability Sector Standards for nutritional standards for Aged Residential Care facilities. Our Registered Dietitians use a standardised tool developed by Dietitians NZ to assess nutritional adequacy of your menu for older people living in residential care.
